The good news, in four truths
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)
“All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Sin separates us from Him, and we can’t fix it ourselves. (Romans 3:23; 6:23)
Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3–4). He is the way back to God (John 14:6).
“If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9) Turn from sin and follow Him (Acts 3:19).
You can pray this today
These aren’t magic words — God looks at your heart. If this is what you believe, tell Him:
Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God. I believe You died on the cross for my sins and rose again. I’m sorry for my sin, and I turn from it. I give You my life — be my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, and lead me every day. Thank You for loving me and making me new. In Jesus’ name, amen.
